Seeking Office Admin Assistant with knowledge on the HVAC industry, must be bilingual (Fluent English and Spanish) for general office duties position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Data Entry
• Scanning
• Filing
• Billing
• Ordering Supplies
• Customer Service
• Warranty Processing
• Booking Service Calls
• Ordering Materials
• Answer phone calls
• Accounts Reconciliation
• Notary Public
• REQUIREMENTS
• Computer Skills (Macintosh, Internet, Excel, Word, Quickbooks & Outlook)
• Quickbooks Online is a must
• Problem Solver
• Communicate well.
• Organized, Detail Oriented, Self Motivated, Reliable.
• Hours: 40 hours per week. 7:30am - 4:00pm with half an hour lunch.
